Great service. We were stranded in the middle of our Great Alpine Road tour with a Hypermotard 821 that just didn't want to start in the morning. We were helped immediately. Mechanics, spare parts and coffee were available. Very friendly people.

I went there at first they didn't take me serious, after that i explained my main problem with my scooter and also asked for a check-up. At the end they charged me 200 and something euros and they didn't even fix what I went there for.
EDIT: Name Varela. to be more specific my biggest problem was the exhaust. at first i simply asked for a check-up because i couldn't accelerate without losing power and most important my exhaust. I explained that the police had taken my scooter's document and i needed to replace it to be able to get the document again. At the end they charged me for a simple oil check-up, fix the starting on button problem and new tire. Next day went there and asked why i was still losing power on acceleration and they just said i had to replace the exhaust.

RIP OFF! Escroquerie!
Apart from an unacceptably arrogant attitude, they over charge big time for their servicing- check all prices for spares etc online and you'll see just how they rip you off- even compared to most other dealers. They invented things they said they needed to do, without checking first. Steer clear of this place and find somewhere else. I've also complained to Ducati head office about this.

Excellent SERVICE. Beautiful bikes. The best dealer. Years of happy relation with Ducati piaggio and vespa bikes we bought from them. Simply the best.

Only used them once as an insurance inspector. However my Scooter broke down nearby and one on the mechanics tried to help me for free. It isn't a Mark they work on so would not take the job, but I was very happy they at least tried to help a Scotsman in distress
