On my first visit in 2019, I received a very warm welcome, which led to the purchase of my S1000R.
Today, back at the dealership to discover the new models, the welcome is just as excellent. The entire sales team and the workshop staff are generous with their advice and allowed me to discover and test ride the new model, the "holy grail" M1000R. I hope to take delivery of it as soon as possible and renew my trust in the dealership and the brand. ✌🏼

I called the dealership looking for a very specific used vehicle.
I spoke with Valentin, a salesman, who immediately understood my needs, both for the new motorcycle (RT) and for a trade-in of my current one (GS).
Unlike other dealerships that know how to sell you their vehicles at exorbitant prices and then rip you off when you take them back (Chambray-lès-Tours), Valentin was able to find the best compromise for both of us.
Since I wasn't there in person, he took the time to send me photos of the motorcycle from all angles, as well as information about its maintenance history.
The reservation was made over the phone with complete confidence.
On the day of delivery, Valentin was even very understanding, as it was a total surprise for my wife, who had been dreaming of the comfort of an RT.

I didn't appreciate the workshop manager's comments and tone during my first service on my 1250 GSA, so I had it serviced elsewhere. When I bought my 1300 GS from this dealership, I had the tires on my 1250 changed before selling it, and he did it wrong again.
There won't be a third time; he won't see my 1300GS for servicing there.
It's a shame, because it's a nice dealership and the salesman was fine.
