On a trip through France the hook that attaches the pannier to the bike broke. Given that the luggage is 18 years old, I was not hopeful, but it was a shot in the dark. Wow was I wrong.
The team immediately went to work on a solution and ended up fabricating a metal hook WHILE I WAITED. I was back on the road in about an hour.
It’s not just that they fixed the problem; they seemed honored to assist a old BMW touring dude get back on the road. Seriously impressed. Thank you Eden Moto 51 BMW!

Amazing service today. On my second day of a European adventure and had an issue that could have ended the ride. The team went above and beyond to solve it for me on the same day at a reasonable price. The dealership is beautiful and everyone was friendly. They offered complimentary coffee.

My motorcycle broke down in the middle of France during passover. The team of Eden Moto 51 took great care of me. They even took me to the TGV train station to get home in time. Once the spare parts arrived, they quickly repaired my bike so I could fetch it quickly. Very nice and caring team. The mechanic took the time to explain what has been done. Full recommendation. Here are real motorcycle lovers at work.

What a fantastic service! I was on holiday in France and arrived at the shop seeking assistance with my BMW Navigator which was missing maps of France after a recent software update (user error no doubt!). Sadly and shamefully I don’t speak French but fortunately they were able to help me. Although their Navigator expert was on leave, they provided coffee while successfully loading the required maps. I cannot thank them enough for all their help. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that helped me but thanks again for your assistance, you really ‘saved’ my touring holiday of France for which I am most grateful.
