I came to buy a visor for my LS2 Vector II helmet. I bought it six months ago.
My helmet had never been dropped. The salesperson took my helmet to remove the visor, and then the visor fell to the right and the helmet fell to the left. The salesperson picked up my helmet, then the visor.
And as if nothing had happened, he gave it a quick wipe. He took the helmet apart to show me the inside, claiming there was no damage.
I'm not even sure he apologized. Anyway, he finally typed on his computer and told me he didn't have the visor in stock and that I'd have to order it.
And of course, I left without a replaced visor. And without any compensation for the salesperson's incompetence. So what do we do now? I was there on Saturday, November 15th, around 4 PM. Besides, you have security cameras, which will confirm what I'm saying. Normally, a helmet that falls off should be replaced.
In conclusion, your seller's attitude is unprofessional.
