Horrible after sales service, I ordered a new bike and had to cancel it few days later. I have never received the deposit money back, Julien who works there made up one thousand excuses and wants to charge all the deposit of 300 EUR for changing two tires. So never reimbursed me. I thought that when you purchase from an official dealer of Yamaha this could not happen but I was sadly wrong. Avoid if you can. Julien even dared to lie after I complained to the management that he didn’t reimbursed me. I wouldn’t be surprised if he takes that money to himself.

I don't recommend at all working with Yamaha GAMBETTA 75020, specially with they're service agents
( and precisingly the blondy short guy with glasses on ) , didnt order any piece for my bike and arrived on time, never received a message when my order is ready ... a simple example of many incident that happened, recently i ordered a clutch lever and wanted to change it same day as my checkup day, they confirmed to receive it ( of course without receiving any message as usual ) and then when i came to pickup my bike, the clutch is still the same and they told me OH WE THOUGHT that the clutch arrived!!!!! And they don't even care lol thats why i highly recommend going to another branch of Yamaha as i'm going to do, although they're marketing team are very helpful and punctual.
