My son and I were on holyday and I came in with a puncture on the rear tyre. Big nail was in it The help was swift and ok! In 3 quarters of an hour I had a new tyre and we were on our way again. Job well done! Thanks guys

Half-baked job.
I took my Rieju 50cc in for a service, and a week later my engine seized. I received no warranty coverage, even though the seizure was due to a part that Dafy replaced.
The estimate they sent me indicated a broken crankshaft and a broken cylinder/piston. I refused to pay because of the exorbitant price, so I opened the engine myself and realized that all my gearbox bearings were shot. If I had accepted the estimate, I would have had to come back a week later because everything I paid for would have broken.

Two and a half months to get a quote that adds €400 in registration fees to a price readily available online—unheard of! I now understand the salesman's reputation, and why customers who live nearby prefer to buy and maintain their motorcycles more than 100 km away.
I did meet the mechanic, though, who seemed friendly and professional.

After leaving my son's 50r stun motorcycle in September 2024 due to a starting problem, the motorcycle needed repair in mid-December with a €540 bill without a quote. A very, very bad mechanic. I absolutely do not recommend him for sales or repairs. The invoice was completely lacking in details. He called me to tell me he had repaired the motorcycle with a bill of €440, and a week later he called me back to tell me he had made a mistake, it was €540. I paid without saying anything to get my son's motorcycle back for 4 months!!!!
A disgrace, completely unprofessional.
