I've been a customer for three years, and the service from Julien, Christophe, and their team is always excellent. They give great advice, appointments are punctual, and the service is thorough. Keep up the good work!

Even one star is too high! Very bad experience at this establishment; I strongly advise against going there. Several things deeply disappointed me: 1. Unacceptable delays: It took me over three months to get a simple appointment for a service. Incomprehensible for a dealership supposedly providing decent after-sales service. 2. No customer service: I bought a new 125cc scooter from them, and a year later, wanting to upgrade to a 300cc, they implied it should be possible given the low mileage. The result? They promised a return visit… which I'm still waiting for. No news, no follow-up. Total silence. 3. Appalling service and lack of professionalism: To top it all off, I had an appointment for the much-anticipated service today at 4 p.m. Since I couldn't drop off the scooter in the morning (I work), I decided to park it the night before near the shop to make it easier for them to take it in. Luckily, I arrived just as two Yamaha employees were opening the gate. I politely asked them if it would be possible to simply park it in the lot (I didn't even ask them to take it in), so as not to leave a brand new scooter outside all night. Their response? Cold, unpleasant, and frankly unprofessional. That's an understatement. Conclusion: This is the last time I'll ever set foot in this place. Between the excessive delays, the lack of follow-up, and the unacceptable attitude of some employees, I will now have my servicing and exchanges done elsewhere, at professionals who respect their customers.
