They do not inform the customer about the details on time.work gets done only after you insist on getting it finished.

The customer service is a disaster.
To make an appointment, you can only call between 12 PM and 1 PM. Outside of these extremely limited hours, it's impossible to reach anyone or even be taken seriously.
The few times someone does answer, you're met with a curt and unpleasant response. There's absolutely no consideration for customers.
I strongly advise against using this service.

The person on site is super pleasant and patient, he gave me lots of good advice! Victim of their success, there is a bit of a wait on certain repairs

Perfect.
I took my motorcycle there for a service and a flat tire. The service was top-notch: fast, professional, what more could you ask for?
Plus, the person calls you when they're finished to see when you can come in, and they make the motorcycle available right outside.
A very good experience; I'll definitely be back.

A flat tire at 8:00 a.m., changed at noon, and I was able to leave right away! The rear rim was even cleaned!
Very friendly and responsive staff!
I highly recommend!
