During a journey to the alps my Royal Enfield got massive ignition problems. Maybe the counter people had a very bad day as they were extremely unfriendly. Workshop has to much to do and it was not allowed even to ask a mechanic of the workshop a single question. Their advise was to contact the insurance company to bring the bike back to Frankfurt. From my point of view: no recommendation.

The store is always out of stock; everything is made to order as soon as you ask for a simple part…
As a customer, I demand to have simple maintenance parts available the moment I ask for them, because when you don't have them in stock, it's really frustrating!
I do not recommend…

My daughter and I just got back from the Milan Motorcycle Show. While there, I became interested in Royal Enfields. So we went to Moto Pulsion to get information about these motorcycles and even to consider buying one. After wandering around the bikes for fifteen minutes, the person behind the counter didn't even bother to look up, too busy looking at his phone. If this gentleman makes a living watching videos on his smartphone, good for him. I'm going to Strasbourg to see a more professional dealer.
