A disgrace... this store is completely unfriendly and bordering on rude. In six months, I've spent over €1,000 in this store, and now, for a €50 purchase that qualifies for the €10 Christmas discount, they refuse it because I paid with a gift card and it costs them money, hence no discount. You've completely mastered customer loyalty! This will be my last visit. Keep it up!
