Hello, I would like to warmly recommend this garage, where the team is welcoming, attentive, and offers excellent advice. I've taken my W800 there twice, for maintenance and a tire change, and it was a real pleasure to pick up my vehicle each time. Many thanks for your professionalism and kindness!

We were with a group of bikers on our way back from a trip to the Alps. The hairpin bends had completely eaten my rear tire, and getting home like that was no longer an option. Luckily, RV Moto was there. We got an appointment right away, and they were fantastic. Thanks again! To everyone reading this: top-notch garage! Definitely go there!

I took my bike in for maintenance. During a test ride, the guy from the workshop crashed. The bike was 25 years old but in perfect working order. The value was too low for repairs. It was sent to the junkyard. Less than 900 euros between the value given by the expert and the cost of repairs. The garage didn't want to cover it, even though 50% of the total cost was labor. An accident can happen, but what happens afterward drives me crazy. No phone call, no goodwill gesture. I salvaged a few personal items from it: saddlebags, mudguards. There was paint to be done. Not their problem. All I asked for was to restore my accessories to the condition they were in before the accident. They weren't original, so they were salvaged from the wreck. The boss tells me he'll have to pay an additional insurance premium. What are a few hundred euros for a company compared to a few thousand euros in damages for me, an individual who had nothing to do with it and who needs to buy a new motorcycle? And it doesn't end there. When I tell them I'm going to advertise for them, they forbid me from returning to their store and threaten to file a harassment complaint. Luckily, I recorded all our conversations!
