Excellent dealership. I prefer to drive a bit further to Yam 31 rather than Yam Service, which is closer to my home. As a former Yam Service customer, the difference is night and day. The Yam 31 team is fantastic.
I bought a Tracer 7 and it's perfect, no complaints.

My experience at Yam 31 was very disappointing.
I requested the installation of an inductive charger, which was incorrectly installed three times. Despite several attempts to fix it, the problem was never properly resolved, and this caused battery issues to the point that I had to have the charger removed.
The service was clearly inadequate. When you buy a vehicle at this price, you expect a much higher level of competence and reliability. It is essential to review their practices and improve staff training.
