Being from the Paris region, we weren't able to buy the motorcycle we wanted at this store because it was too complicated to organize.
However, I 100% recommend this shop. The lady is lovely and will give you great advice.

On Tuesday morning, I took my motorcycle to Ferreira, and I was able to pick it up again on Wednesday afternoon. They installed a new alternator, regulator, and battery. Top-notch service, fast, competent, and friendly—highly recommended!

Absolutely terrible! No respect for the customer whatsoever:
Let me explain: we dropped off our scooter on July 8th, an appointment scheduled by the garage for repairs. I called a week later, and it still wasn't fixed. I told them we were going on a 10-day vacation, and they replied that it suited them and the scooter would be repaired.
It's now July 26th, 2025, and I called to pick up my scooter, which should be finished by then. I was shocked! They told me that nobody had even done the bare minimum, not even diagnosed the problem.
So, I arrived on July 8th with a broken scooter and left on July 26th with it still broken. Absolutely no respect for the customer, and I repeat: absolutely terrible!
I strongly advise against this garage. Run away!
