I have several experiences. I would give it two stars. Some time ago, my mother wanted to change some light bulbs. She was given two quotes for 15 and 20 euros. All that for a bulb that costs them a maximum of 3 euros and 15 minutes of "labor." During an airbag malfunction, I was without a vehicle for over a month, and I was never asked if I needed a courtesy car. Recently, I waited over two weeks for a quote, still nothing. I came to pick up my car because I had a personal need. Just to be sure, I went to other garages to see if they had the same problem. After four days, a garage called, and the part was ordered.
In short, Renault's prices are simply exorbitant and dishonest. The only positive point is the professionalism of the staff. A truly beautiful and modern dealership, with very meticulous work. But €40 excluding VAT per tire for fitting, while other garages charge around €15, there's no justification for such a price difference.
I do not recommend this garage, whether for mechanical work or bodywork; it's far too expensive, much too expensive indeed.
