My insurance company requested me to pass by because my car had warning lights on the dashboard and I felt unsafe to drive back to home. It was too busy to check it out. Didn’t read the error out either to make sure I felt a bit less unsafe.

A message of gratitude for Marc. My wife and I faced the prospect of a disrupted holiday and recovery vehicle home when the adblue system on our Q5 failed. Attended BymyCar Avignon, overwhelmed by the warm and friendly service provided by Marc, head of workshop service. Despite a busy schedule, accommodated us, and beyond our expectation had us back on the road within 48 hours, exceptional service for which we are most grateful. Additionally staff at the hire car desk were also very pleasant and efficient, we could not have chosen a better place for a break down… Bon après-midi Marc, I hope you had lunch today… I am sitting at home in Devon England with a broad smile, but not as big as yours, having just arrived back. The Q5 drove wonderfully, perhaps too good, I may have a speeding ticket! First and foremost, Kay and I are very grateful to you for ensuring we were able to drive home on time. Despite the problem it was a great pleasure meeting you, for you made a difficult situation entertaining with your ‘can do’ positive attitude, and sense of fun and humour. You exemplify the positive Audi brand, you clearly enjoy your job and most importantly helping people not just Audi customers. It was worth the breakdown just to meet you and receive your exceptional customer service. I hope the rest of your week was as enjoyable but without stress, have a nice well earned weekend.
