I've entrusted my DS4 (2022) to this garage twice: once for an alignment and again for two engine warning lights. Each time, the service was impeccable.

My car is getting old, so I go there more and more often. The services are well priced and the work is well done. Everything went well: routine maintenance (muffler, hose, bleeding, etc.) and major work (clutch replacement).

Given the numerous very positive reviews, I thought I could trust this garage, but clearly that's not the case. I went in for a service (changing the 3 filters and oil change) on my small city car, and I left with €295 less in my bank account.
Some parts/consumables are more expensive than in other Parisian garages. The air filter was €45 (compared to €32 in Paris), and 4 liters of engine oil was €89 (€72 in Paris)—that's an understatement.
As for the service, it was clearly not up to par either. I had an appointment for 10:00 AM, arrived on time, and was told that my car would be taken in at the earliest by 12:00 PM and that it would take 1.5 hours. Finally, they called me at 3:30 PM to come and pick it up. Overall, punctuality, customer service, and prices all need improvement.
