A huge thank you to Brian for his professionalism, kindness, and especially the speed of delivery. We came from Dijon to buy a car we had seen on the website. The paperwork was signed on December 13th and the car was delivered on December 23rd. A wonderful Christmas present!

The salesman, Robin, was very friendly and welcoming. He managed to convince me without being pushy, even though I was just passing through to have a look and was about to sign a purchase agreement at the neighboring dealership, which I ended up canceling 😆. The vehicle meets my expectations. Everything went very well. Thank you very much!

I had arranged two days off specifically to drop off my vehicle at the Nissan dealership for repairs, an appointment made nearly a month in advance. The day before, I even received confirmation. And yet, on the day, it was impossible: no technician was available to take my vehicle. The result: no car, no solution offered by the garage. After a week and several calls, I was finally offered a solution... but at my expense: bring my car back an hour and a half away, pay for a rental car myself, and get on with it. This is simply unacceptable, especially for a loyal customer who is buying his second new vehicle from Nissan. Of course, my vehicle was no longer under warranty, but that in no way justifies such a lack of professionalism and consideration. When a customer finds themselves wronged due to an internal organizational malfunction, the least they could do would have been a goodwill gesture, or at least proper handling. The bottom line: avoid this dealership/garage. And more broadly, think carefully before buying a Nissan. Because once the warranty is over, you're clearly no longer a priority for the brand, even as a loyal customer. You'll certainly have saved on a car loan, but you'll have lost a brand enthusiast.
