Didn't get the information that I was looking for. The guy that answered me was quite unprofessional which doesn't reflect the trust people have in this brand.

Broken down on the motorway with a 10-day-old baby (engine fault on a PureTech, of course... Sold by an unscrupulous salesperson three years ago in this very same dealership), I was told it would take over six weeks for a diagnosis.
I filed a customer complaint with Peugeot two weeks ago, and the only solution offered was a loaner vehicle. I finally accepted this half-measure, but to top it all off, I still haven't been contacted by Peugeot Calais. So I'm left without a car and without a solution.
My advice: if you value your safety, your money, and your sanity: RUN.

It's always frustrating to have to get your car repaired for any number of reasons, but at Peugeot Calais, the welcome is so warm! The staff are friendly and very professional, with an after-sales manager who is dedicated to providing excellent service – the perfect combination for a great brand image. I highly recommend them.
