We were travelling in France from Ireland. We had a massive amount of smoke from my Citroën followed by a warning that it would be impossible to start in 1100km and the dash was lit up like a Christmas tree. We called in to Garage Nation with the car late on Monday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem with the car's deNox system in about 30mins while we waited. They clearly explained the problem in English and even with a hand drawn sketch. We agreed the cost and they ordered the part that afternoon witg only a small deposit. They installed the faulty part "the AdBlue injector" on Tuesday morning while we wandered around Calais. Price for job was very reasonable compared to Irish main dealer prices. 150mins and job done. I had my vehicle towed to this garage after an accident. The experts came within 48 hours and submitted their report. Eight days later, I heard nothing from the garage, and they weren't offering a loaner car. I finally went to the garage in person to find out more. They told me, "The parts haven't been ordered yet; we're overwhelmed and short-staffed." To which I replied, "Don't accept any more insurance claims if you can't handle the repairs." Forty-eight hours later, they asked me to come back and sign the work order, and another 48 hours later, I received a loaner car while the repairs were being done. Strangely enough, three days later, the car was ready. I picked up my car, started it in the parking lot, and an indistinguishable warning light came on: "Engine fault"!!! As a result, it was sent for analysis, and I just waited!!!! After 45 minutes, they told me the lambda sensor needed replacing. Since it had nothing to do with the accident, they decided to do nothing. I had to contact the expert again (who was in cahoots with the garage) and my insurance company; I spent all day on it! Anyway, I requested a quote by email and received it eight days later without any discount on the labor. In conclusion, I had the work done elsewhere, but I find the garage dishonest and unprofessional, as you can see below in the photos of my vehicle when I picked it up. Now, two months later, a part is loose and needs to be replaced again.

I entrusted my Kia Rio to this garage to have the entire right side repaired after an accident, and I bitterly regret it.
First, the paintwork is catastrophic: you can clearly see differences in color, as if the car hadn't had any paintwork done at all.
Then, when I picked up the vehicle, an engine warning light came on—diagnosis: burnt-out ignition coil, even though everything was working perfectly before the repair. It's highly likely they soldered it without disconnecting the battery, which is a basic mistake!
On top of that, the right headlight stopped working after their work.
And to top it all off, they took three months to return the car to me.
All this for €6,999, a completely unjustified price given the quality of the work. I absolutely do not recommend this garage, neither for bodywork nor for mechanical repairs.
A real disappointment from beginning to end.
