This garage is a disgrace, avoid it at all costs!! I have no choice but to give it one star - it should be five stars!!! My mother's car broke down, and they gave her a lame excuse claiming the mechanic wasn't trained. They sent her to Renault Faches, where we finally got a really nice mechanic who explained that they knew how to do it because he'd worked there before and that they were trained. They just didn't want to bother with anything complicated, like changing a tire or an oil change. On top of that, they didn't even provide a loaner car; she had to make do with a rental car from the airport... It's a disgrace! You are truly dishonest people.

I bought a used car from the Renault dealership in Pont-Marcq and I'm very satisfied.

Having been to several garages for a recurring noise problem on the front right of my scenic, only the Dhainaut garage identified the problem and corrected it. Quick appointment booking, helpful and courteous staff. I hope not to be disappointed for the future maintenance that I will carry out in this garage now.
