Terrible experience!!! The insurance company sent their tow truck driver, who was incredibly rude, made very little effort, and barely stayed 10 minutes before deciding he had to keep the vehicle without us. I find this unacceptable; I'm not letting my car and all my belongings go with someone I don't know!!!!
To top it off, he left without even letting us know!!! And what a terrible mechanic he is! Someone drove 3 hours to help us—a person who isn't even a mechanic—but strangely enough, he managed to start the car in -10°C weather, while this guy couldn't even manage it in -5°C!!!!!
Absolutely useless, avoid him at all costs!!!! If you don't want to work, don't become an insurance tow truck driver!!!! A SHITTY mechanic!!!!

Run away!!! Two words, Scammer and Thief!!! Outrageous!!! Move on. Pushes quotes and takes an exorbitant time to announce exorbitant storage fees in a parking lot that doesn't even close. Repair costs that can easily reach more than 1500 euros. All things considered, we removed our vehicle which was repaired the same day for less than 100€. !!! I don't understand why such dishonesty is not punished. After our return, we went to our garage with the quote he had given us, clear response from our mechanic! He was charging for parts that there was no need to change.... The proof... 8 months later we still have no problems...

The garage was very professional and responsive. We needed assistance opening a car door with a baby inside, and the workshop manager came immediately. A big thank you to the whole team for their quick and efficient service.
