After having a tire blown from our trailer we were quickly picked up and brought to the garage where we had quick and efficient service. Getting all the paperwork for the payment took a bit of time, but all in all very happy with the help provided.

I wish to express my profound dissatisfaction with this garage. I was repeatedly told that a vehicle was available and reserved for me. After several follow-ups and an unjustified wait, I finally discovered that this vehicle had, in fact, never been available for sale.
This lack of transparency and professionalism is particularly regrettable. Such management, based on misleading information and a lack of clear communication, results in a considerable waste of time and seriously damages the trust one can place in the establishment.
I can only advise against using this garage until it demonstrates a level of professionalism that meets the legitimate expectations of its customers.

Aurélien is very kind and professional. He was able to advise us and meet all our expectations; we are very satisfied with our car purchase.

We ended up at Garage Gilbert through their towing service after a breakdown on the highway on the way back from our family vacation with two young children.
Although it was after closing time, the staff was very helpful and we were able to use a waiting area with a toilet, bed, microwave, and so on, even though our insurance company was unavailable.
Understandably, the garage's schedule was very full, just before a public holiday. Nevertheless, the owner personally ensured that we could continue our journey home the following afternoon by repairing our car at a very reasonable price. We arrived home safely.
