Garage to avoid absolutely!
After a year of waiting for a simple part, the garage took the liberty of cashing my deposit check without informing me, even though I have still not been reimbursed by the insurance.
They even exerted pressure to cash the check, even though the service had still not been completed.
Nothing to do with a real Mercedes garage like the one in Chalon: here, it's low-level DIY.
Really move on.

RUN AWAY, I take my vehicle for a routine A1 inspection on my GLA. Phone call from the garage, attention front disc and pad to change quickly, for a cost of €490 on estimate. The following week I had to go for the technical inspection and what a surprise, discs and pads in good condition slightly worn but absolutely no need for immediate replacement. Totally fraudulent practice of this garage with the sole aim of inflating the customer's bill. A disgrace I will never return.

A terrible welcome from an old man in an office who didn't even bother to come out to greet me. I asked for information on brake discs, and he told me it was 12:04 p.m. and that he couldn't give me the information. I'd have to come back later this week when his guys arrived...
Really run away, nothing like other, much more competent Mercedes garages that gave me the information in no time!
