My vehicles, as well as my partner's, have been serviced and repaired there for years now.
The staff always provide a very warm welcome.
Whether it's for maintenance, repairs, or diagnostics, the staff is excellent and the work is done professionally.
As for the prices, I find them more than reasonable for a brand-name garage.
I highly recommend them without hesitation.

I went there a while ago for a key synchronization. He couldn't do it and charged me €34 for the time spent.
I call that a rip-off because he has an obligation to succeed.
I went to another garage, and it was done in 10 minutes... ZERO STARS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

As a loyal customer of this garage for several years, I unfortunately only received one star after the last service, which included replacing the front brake discs and pads. My car, which was in perfect condition, was returned to me with faulty brakes. I returned an hour after picking up my vehicle and expressed my dissatisfaction.
Here is the diagnosis:
- Brake system bleeding performed in my presence: air bubbles were found in the system. No improvement.
- ABS unit replaced, no improvement.
- Brake calipers replaced, no improvement. Be aware that every part replaced is charged. The bill will quickly add up.
- Front brake hoses replaced, no improvement.
- Master cylinder replaced, no improvement.
- The problem was finally resolved by replacing the last component in the braking system: the brake booster (Mastervac). The diagnosis was therefore made without careful consideration, replacing parts one by one. All the components in the braking system were thus replaced. The brake booster (Mastervac) and ABS unit are very rarely defective parts, with a lifespan of over 200,000 km. How could this have happened?
When changing brake pads, the mechanic uses a tool (a component that allows the pads to be clamped against the brake disc) to push the caliper pistons back to remove them. This causes the brake fluid to build up pressure. To avoid damaging anything in a car's braking system due to this pressure buildup, there's a very simple trick: remove the brake fluid reservoir cap. Fluid will spurt out of the reservoir, but nothing will be damaged. The mechanics forgot to unscrew this cap, which caused the brake system to build up pressure and broke the brake booster. When I explained what might have caused the failure during the service, Pascal Hermet refused to listen and argued that it was simply "bad luck" and that I should pay for the damage caused by his mechanics. That's a bill for €1436.78, a month of downtime for a simple oversight.
And I've saved the best for last: a liter of windshield washer fluid was charged even though I had filled the reservoir to the brim just before the service. Charging for a service you don't even need is called a rip-off.
Since that service, I understand what a loyal customer means to Pascal Hermet. Unless you want to see your vehicle, in perfect condition, returned broken down after a service and then realize that Pascal Hermet is treating you like an idiot, run away.

A garage where they repair a faulty part rather than systematically replacing it. It's good for your wallet and the planet!

This is my first time at this Citroën garage. The receptionist is very friendly, and my airbag replacement was done quickly. I will definitely return to this garage.
