2nd experience much less pleasant than the first. Refused to give me a quote on the pretext that my partner did not follow up on a previous quote (not the same car). Didn't even deign to call me back so we could talk about it. Too bad, my first experience in this garage was rather good. Too much work apparently so it's better to go elsewhere to take some of the load off them.....The secretary isn't very good at interpersonal skills either and even less so on the phone.

My vehicle has been serviced at this garage for several years, and I've always been extremely satisfied. The welcome is very warm and professional. The advice is always sound and in the customer's best interest. I've never been pressured into unnecessary repairs or maintenance. I highly recommend this place.

I just called this garage about a plastic part that came loose from the dashboard of my Renault. They asked me: "Is this vehicle serviced here?" I said no. So they said they couldn't take it in. What a sense of customer service... The art of not knowing how to acquire new customers... I should mention that I live 350 meters from this garage...

Disappointed with this garage. I have a Scenic. I asked for oil for the MOT right next door. This was their response: no, we don't sell retail! Not even a little?
You want me to give it to you in my hands!?
Even if I'm at fault for not having topped up the oil beforehand, there's a way to respond to people, especially when you're a business owner.
I won't be coming back to your garage for sure.
I'm not complaining about the fact that you don't have cans, but about your welcome.
Finding an excuse for your behavior makes me laugh, because you were never on the phone. Thank you for confirming my opinion on your inability to receive people.

I went to this garage in November 2022 following a clutch master cylinder failure, which they replaced.
In April 2023, I had the same problem, so I went to this garage to resolve the situation. They told me they couldn't do anything for two weeks and that the diagnosis would cost me 90 euros.
In the end, I went to another garage, which replaced the clutch master cylinder, a part replaced by the Observatory garage in November. It's impossible to get the invoice for the auto part, which they gave me to prove it's actually a Renault part. Furthermore, the secretary is very disrespectful to her customers, even though she may seem friendly at first glance. When we discussed the problem with the garage, we encountered casual behavior on their part.
