I went to Feu Vert in Contrexéville on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised by the welcome. The receptionist always has a smile, which is really nice. He was very responsive in repairing my flat tire. Fast, efficient, and friendly service. I recommend without hesitation!

Fitting and balancing two rear tires in a record 20 minutes before leaving for vacation. The result: no balancing was done (no weights present) due to vibrations, plus an electronic valve malfunction, and pressure loss (during 800 km of highway driving).
I had to find a garage to have the wheels balanced before finishing our trip (which took 20 minutes just for balancing and pressure checks).
I've now had to top up the tire daily for the past two days (losing 800g per day...).
A quick and dirty job. 👏👏
First and last time. I should have trusted the existing reviews that highlight the poor performance of this establishment.

My DS had its service done at Feu Vert in Contrexéville. A friendly welcome, the receptionist always has a smile, which makes the conversation and service very pleasant!!
Clear explanations, a job well done, nothing to complain about. I recommend it!

It's unacceptable that such a place is considered a store, especially one belonging to such a well-known brand. The building is abandoned, and there's a terrible smell of used motor oil. You're genuinely scared when you walk in. I usually shop at Feu Vert, but I don't understand why they're doing nothing about this.
