I had an appointment yesterday at Alpine Dijon for my A110's service.
The welcome and service were impeccable. The workshop manager (Arnaud, I think) took excellent care of me. He was friendly and helpful, and explained everything that was included in the invoice.
Yann, the new car salesman, with whom I had the pleasure of chatting a bit while waiting to pick up the car, was also very friendly. He offered me a small coffee while I waited, which is a small detail, but it shows the attention they pay to the customer.
Thank you very much.
See you next year for the service.

From buying advice to test drives and now maintenance, Alpine Store has risen to the occasion. The service of my A110GT went as planned, with the loan of a vehicle and follow-up by a technician who knows his stuff. Very proud to drive an Alpine.

Great experience at ALPINE Store Dijon! I bought an Alpine A290 a few months ago, and everything went very well. The welcome was excellent, and a big thank you to Yann Chevalier, who was truly professional, friendly, and available to answer all my questions. The test drive took place in excellent conditions, which clearly helped me make my decision.
And proof of my complete satisfaction: a few weeks later, I left with an order for a second Alpine, an A110S! The dealership was able to adapt to my needs, and that's truly appreciated.
In short, a top-notch team with a true passion for the brand. I recommend them without hesitation!

We tried out the new electric Alpines during a test day at the Rochât Golf Course in Les Rousses. The team was very friendly and we were pleasantly surprised by the electric model!

I had the pleasure of being invited to Pont-sur-l'Ognon today to test drive the Alpine A290 GTS. First, I was greeted by two charming young ladies at the stand. Then, for the test drive, I was accompanied by Léon, who was able to answer all my questions, partly because I'd never been in an Alpine before, but more importantly, he changed my mind about electric cars. I have nothing but praise for the A290 GTS; it's an exceptional car with magnificent comfort, finish, and both interior and exterior design. The blue system helps prevent excessive brake use, but what I loved most was the red button (only those who have tried it will understand). Everything is perfect. If you have the opportunity, don't hesitate, go and try it. And thank you again for the warm welcome.
Following up on my initial review, which hasn't changed my opinion of this car, I'd like to tell you more. I was contacted by Alpine and explained that I was very interested in the car. Everything was going well until I mentioned that I was recovering from an illness. At that point, the person completely changed. They told me they would call me back without fail that afternoon, or at the latest the following day. But since then, nothing—it's been almost a month. So, if I had to rate the company's customer service, I would give it zero stars.
Now I'll wait for their call again, which shouldn't be long now.
