On our way to our holiday destination, we got a flat tire and stopped at this garage quite by chance. We received a very warm welcome, and the staff were friendly and professional. They did everything they could to get us back on the road as quickly as possible: they promptly ordered replacement tires and were very attentive and responsive. The next day, everything was ready, and we were able to resume our journey with peace of mind. A very thoughtful touch: they even agreed to keep one of the undamaged tires in case we wanted to take it back when we returned. Impeccable service, a big thank you to the whole team!

Welcoming, attentive staff, especially the secretary. We feel confident leaving our vehicle there whether for an annual inspection, technical inspection, or other work. A mechanic who only intervenes after calling us about the repairs to be carried out, their cost, and the length of time the vehicle will be out of service, if applicable.

Following the C3 recall campaign, I was directed to this garage. After obviously spending several months without a vehicle or a courtesy car, my appointment finally arrived. My vehicle was ready very (too?) quickly. Once I picked it up, the vehicle was losing power and refused to restart. I sent an email within 24 hours, which has gone unanswered to this day, and I finally contacted them by phone. After a considerable wait, I spoke with a dismissive and arrogant man. You deigned to respond to my negative review on Google but still not to the 2 registered letters. This response is more like a playground than a professional who takes responsibility for his actions. Well yes, I dared to have 2 revisions elsewhere (I remind you that I bought the car NEW from you and that you maintained it during the 5-year warranty), because I moved 20 km away and, moreover, I have a serious health problem that prevents me from moving easily. You had given me an appointment on June 11, 2024 for the MOT, the revision and the belt change. It was you who refused to do the revision and the belt change. Yet you had an obligation of results. Since June 11, I have never had any dealings with you, Mr. Viscuso, but with your secretary who seems to make decisions for you. I expect you to take responsibility and do what is necessary with Citroën customer service so that they can take charge of my vehicle since the fault lies with you (failure to service).
