Maxime was attentive from beginning to end, always patient, and offered excellent advice. He detailed the entire bill and took his time answering my questions.
Héla, for her part, was exceptionally kind, always smiling, and readily available to answer all my questions. I came with my baby for the service appointment, and I stayed for two hours. They were very welcoming to both me and my baby!
Thanks to them, the experience was smooth, pleasant, and truly reassuring. You can tell they love their work and want the best for their customers.

A successful evening on October 30th for the new, impeccable Q3. A very warm welcome, as always; the entire Audi team is friendly and attentive to their customers. Looking forward to the next event! My tires will be changed on November 4th, 2025. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionists who offered us drinks or coffee, and especially well taken care of by Julien, whose professionalism we greatly appreciated. See you soon!
