Broken down on the highway on Sunday... Breakdown service and, most importantly, repairs on Monday so we could get home as quickly as possible.
Not to mention that getting back to the garage (with insurance assistance) was a real hassle: they waited for us even though the garage closed at 6 pm.

My vehicle (motorcycle) was repaired in the middle of the night by the manager. Very professional and reassuring service. I returned the vehicle without any problems, with good advice on how to tow the motorcycle myself. The garage staff were welcoming, accommodating, and very professional.

Broken down on a Sunday evening near Falaise, we were taken in by the garage owner. We were with a couple of friends and our 10-year-old daughter. Despite our requests, the insurance company had no solution to get us home. We were going to be stranded with our suitcases and our little girl on the side of the road in the rain. The owner finally found a way to get us a vehicle so we could get home. I really want to thank him for his professionalism because it's rare these days to come across such kind people. Thank you again, and I highly recommend this place. See you soon.

My car broke down, and roadside assistance dropped my vehicle off at this garage because it was the closest to where I had the problem. (The towing and roadside assistance were fine up to that point).
When I contacted the garage for an update, they told me they couldn't even look at my car for at least three weeks! (The receptionist was unfriendly...).
Living in the countryside with no access to public transportation, this wait was simply impossible for me.
In the end, my father and brother had to retrieve my car themselves and take it to another garage 30 km away. This experience was very disappointing. If you're in a hurry or need quick repairs, I don't recommend this garage...
