We had an extremely bad experience with this Mercedes-Benz dealer.
Our Mercedes car broke down just over the border in France, so we had to call a Tow Truck agency in France, we were told to do this through the French Mercedes customer service line.
It took already ages to arrange this through the French line as nobody talks English or if they do really bad.
They also usually never pick-up either.
Finally when we were almost home, we got called that the tow truck was almost there, so we had to go all the way back.
Afterwards no clue what happened with the car, but we were told that it would get as soon as possible to the Mercedes-Benz garage for reparation.
So we called Mercedes-Benz Forbach - Paul KROELY Cars, nobody could help us in English, so we had to try it French.
The person on the phone was not helpful at all, and even annoyed, because we informed her that the Tow truck should have had our Mercedes-Benz delivered to Mercedes-Benz Forbach - Paul KROELY Cars, but they couldn't find anything in their system, they also couldn't do any effort to call the Tow truck company.
Nobody knew where the car was, at the end it seemed that it was still at the tow truck agency, we called the Mercedes help line to hear that it was parked at Mercedes-Benz Forbach - Paul KROELY Cars?!?!
So we called Mercedes-Benz Forbach - Paul KROELY Cars again, to hear that it is not there in a very annoyed way, thank you for that.
End of the story Mercedes never confirmed the tow truck company that it should be delivered Mercedes-Benz Forbach - Paul KROELY Cars, even through it was promised that it would be all regulated by the French Mercedes Assistance line.
At the end the Mercedes Assistance line told us that we still had to pay for the tow truck before this could happen, even through Mercedes promised us that everything would get paid?!?!
Thankfully Mercedes-Benz Germany took the case completely over as nobody could help us in France, we only got permanetly redirected all the time.
Now they will repair the car and do everything possible.
Sorry but your customer service agents really ruined a-lot for us, therefor I cannot give more than a 1 star.
This is not what you expect from Mercedes-Benz.
