Of the three Citroën garages I visited, this was the only one that was able to find the fault with my Berlingo. The team is very attentive, and the owner is honest, which is rare in this industry. I highly recommend it!

After repeated breakdowns on my Citroën C3, the SATTA garage did a remarkable job (diagnosis, information, and request for Citroën support).
A garage where you can feel the family spirit and the search for solutions.
Thank you again for your service and availability.

Concerned about the airbag replacement on my DS3, the garage refused to order the part and carry out the work. During our initial appointment, they told me to come back when I had the code sent by Citroën. And now they refuse to place the order. Obviously, it's less profitable than working on vehicles, but when you're a Citroën garage, you have to take responsibility. I'm very disappointed and I won't be going back there.

Hello, given the comment in response to my "one-star" review, which I didn't justify, I'll explain it now after reading your rather aggressive reply.
To begin with, your prices are excessive. A battery for €350 for a 2015 C3, while the same Bosch part number is €150. Okay, you only buy parts from Citroën dealerships, but some prices are almost ten times higher for quality parts (admittedly online), but normally it's two or three times the price.
And yes, many garages offer to install parts purchased by the customer precisely to be accommodating because, let's face it, quoting €3,500 for minor repairs when the car runs perfectly well is ridiculous. And offering to take the vehicle back for very little (around €1,500 if I'm not mistaken) is really not very generous.
Then, to take responsibility, I asked my father (in his car, of course) if you could show him the so-called "major leak in the open pipe" that you detected "without having to remove any parts." Unfortunately, you couldn't tell him "where the faulty part was."
Furthermore, you supposedly ordered the parts to carry out these repairs without the customer's prior consent, if I understand correctly? Because he had first requested a complete diagnostic, which he duly paid for. But it's no wonder that when I receive a quote for replacing parts at exorbitant prices and am told that the "troubleshooting" price doesn't include removing parts, I wonder how you actually troubleshoot.
Finally, no, I'm not hiding behind a pseudonym, otherwise I wouldn't have used my real name :) And for a garage that "forgets" to put the engine under-tray back on, as well as the ECU cover, and three out of four rear headlight covers were missing (one of which was left lying next to the engine; luckily, it didn't fall off). I don't know, but it doesn't inspire confidence.
And as you so aptly put it at the end of your reply, not cordially, Thomas.
PS: I hope you don't come across as aggressive and accept criticism from your customers in a different way, because if we're not allowed to disagree with you...
EDIT: By the way, your quote is half wrong (the windshield washer fluid reservoir is absolutely not cracked, the left rear light works perfectly, no faults, and the air conditioning hose, according to your troubleshooting, isn't the right one, but the other one :) )
