L'achat d'un véhicule d'occasion à distance est toujours un peu stressant.
Tout s'est concrétisé de manière très fluide chez Grand Est Automobiles.
Le véhicule correspondait à la description, j'ai été très bien accueilli lors de la retiraison du véhicule à la concession.
Le commercial a toujours répondu à mes questions tout au long du process.
Donc, très bonne expérience sur cet achat.

Extremely long wait for an appointment (7 weeks).
My van was out of commission for 10 days to have two shock absorbers, an oil pump, and some control arm mounts replaced.
As a result, I had to undergo a complete vehicle inspection (the deadline for the re-inspection had passed).
Furthermore, a technician used my vehicle, driving approximately 200 km to and from his home for a post-repair inspection—that's outrageous!

Special mention goes to Angèle and her colleague at reception: always smiling, available, and very professional – it was truly appreciated.
Thank you also to Julien and Jules for their diligence and meticulous handling of my case.
Despite some occasional delays with my file, I always felt listened to and supported, with genuine follow-up.
I highly recommend this garage for its professionalism and the quality of its service.

Major warranty issues with a C3 purchased through Spoticar. After 7 months, the engine warning light came on and requested a service (8000 km driven). The supposed cause was that the computer detected an oil dilution problem! 🤔 And I drove away with the engine warning light still on!
