Professionalism has vanished. My wife and I have been customers for over 14 years in La Charité-sur-Loire and Cosne-sur-Loire, and especially in La Charité-sur-Loire. After multiple part replacements on our 2008 Citroën Berlingo, the problem persists. It passed its MOT (French roadworthiness test), but the issue remains. When I drive, it jerks, the engine stalls and cuts out, and the accelerator pedal stops working. Recently, I gave them a piece of my mind. Despite all the repairs, the problem persists. I told them that their professionalism has been nonexistent since the new manager arrived, and that it wouldn't have gone down well with our late, great colleague, Ludovic. The new manager told me to go elsewhere after 14 years of being as loyal as possible to GRV Citroën in La Charité-sur-Loire. 😠
