Hello, I'd like to express my dissatisfaction. This is the first time I've experienced anything like this, but this is the last straw! The only positive thing about this garage is Peggy, the person who always treated us perfectly, respectfully, and very professionally. First intervention where the problems begin On August 19, 2024, the electric pump was replaced. Invoice: €1,000. The next day, the vehicle had to be recovered in front of my workplace because they had "forgotten" to reinstall certain parts... I didn't say anything at the time, telling myself that to err is human and that it could happen. Second breakdown: Clogged EGR cooler. So I returned to the garage. Intervention on October 14, 2024. Invoice: €1,414.14. I picked up the car, went home, did a quick check, and suddenly: a hose had been torn from its mountings and the air box hose was broken. So I had to go back again to have them correct the error. 3rd intervention: I went back again, this time to check the timing belt, and also to report vibrations and a metallic clicking noise coming from the automatic transmission. Because I had reported it to them several times, but apparently, the car was fine! Of course, to be taken seriously, I had to do the diagnosis myself, providing them with videos and photos... After all that, they finally admitted I was right! 4th intervention: Regarding the flywheel following the metallic clicking noises and vibrations On July 18, 2025, I left the vehicle at the garage. I didn't pick it up until September 5, 2025 at 5:30 PM, a month and a half later. Bill: €3,200. I leave the garage, drive barely 3 km, and see tires light up. I get home, walk around the vehicle, and there: Damaged rear bumper Trunk full of dirt A piece of broken plastic inside, the source of which is unknown. Damaged headliner I call them immediately at 5:55 p.m. The secretary tells me the garage is closed and that I need to send an email. Which I do immediately. The next morning, September 6, 2025, at 10 a.m., I go there. Someone comes to assess the damage and tells me that the manager will get back to me. I tell them OK. On Tuesday, September 9, 2025, I call back because, of course, no one has gotten back to me. I'm finally put through to the manager... who accuses me of being a thief and tells me that this kind of thing never happens at their place, and that I can "go to hell." And despite all that, he's unable to explain how my vehicle was able to travel 286 km between the final invoice and its return. He's also unable to explain why the invoice was issued on July 24, 2025, when the vehicle had just been completed on September 3, 2025. I'm truly disappointed with this garage. Lack of reliability, honesty, and, above all, no professionalism. 👉 Avoid at all costs. Sincerely.

Hello I came to your garage today for a problem with the timing belt and the repeated replacement of its parts. Thank you to Mr. Legrand from customer service who reassured us about this problem, which is apparently known but unfortunately has no recourse for us. The main thing is that we can drive safely. Unlike the garage in Béthune, which was far too rushed... They gave good advice, I recommend them, and I won't hesitate to come back to change vehicles at the beginning of the year. AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COSTS!!! I bought an Audi A6 from this garage and encountered a mechanical problem a few months later. The Cirano warranty hadn't even been activated. The vehicle was purchased in the name of CUGNET if you want to check your records 😉😉😉 We now want to sell the vehicle, which was presented to us as a one-owner, demonstrator model. However, upon checking its history for sale, we discovered that it is actually a fourth-owner car and was involved in an accident less than a year after it was first registered, resulting in €5,700 in damages. This information obviously makes reselling extremely difficult. You have simply been dishonest, and you don't deserve so many stars considering the lies you used to sell your vehicles.
