I bought a vehicle this summer. The order form specified a Peugeot Expert 5-seater with a 15-day delivery time. Three weeks later, the dealership called to tell me they would be receiving a 6-seater model without the adaptive cruise control or paddle shifters. I accepted, but there's a new problem: during registration, the vehicle is supposed to be able to tow 2.5 tons, but after calculations, the registration document only shows a towing capacity of 1.8 tons. There's no after-sales service; no one is trying to resolve the issue. I'm going to have to contact legal assistance because not being able to tow the intended weight is penalizing me. They're very good at selling, but they're great at after-sales service. Despite the initial response, no further explanation has been given, and I don't believe the discount for fewer options. The signed order form clearly states 2.5 tons, and the technical specifications confirm this. If you confirm this at the time of sale, I will change my rating.
