Zero is better. Don't even bother!
I called twice this morning to reserve a battery of their own brand, and they gave me an order number.
I went there with it. They lectured me about someone else's order, saying I should have come four days ago... I insisted that I had called and gave them the exact price of the battery. They haughtily told me that nothing had been done, that I hadn't called. So I must be crazy... Just so you know, both my calls were recorded! I then decided to start over, wanting to buy the battery myself. The saleswoman continued with a condescending attitude: no license plate, no sale. This saleswoman's behavior is counterproductive, extremely bitter, and insulting (blonde and attempted hair extensions...). How does she make sales? Out of urgent customer needs, that's for sure.
