Excellent service from the after-sales team at BMW Montpellier today. While travelling through France, I needed assistance with something for my car, and they were incredibly helpful.
The friendly reception staff quickly pointed me in the right direction, and the team handled everything efficiently and professionally.

After repairing the roof in May, it stopped working again within the following month. BMW did the “repair after repair” free of charge and quickly. Very much appreciated this service from the dealership 👏🏻 and that they took the costs for them. Many thanks 🙏 Thomas was again very pro, welcoming and customer focused. Explaining everything clearly and showing me the faulty part they missed at the first repair 👍 The kind of customer focused attitude that makes you stick to your dealership. Merci 😉
