The repair was minor but very lengthy, taking over a month: the manager went on vacation, and we wanted to retrieve the vehicle for our winter holiday with our children without having the minor repair (a water leak) done. The manager didn't leave his contact information with the storage company, and it wasn't possible to retrieve our vehicle. As a result, we spent our winter holiday with our children in the city. I strongly advise you to avoid this garage unless you have all the time in the world.

Catastrophic! One star is already too many! Reason: Airbag replacement Facts: Appointment after 6 weeks, to "see the vehicle" and ask me for trivialities that didn't require a trip, before having another appointment 6 weeks later for the said replacement, which was carried out. During these 3 months when the vehicle must be strictly immobilized at the request of the manufacturer (Citroën), the garage (still Citroën) does not provide a courtesy car. And if you're wondering, a sun visor replacement costs 250 euros. "So that's it." Run away.

Avoid this garage at all costs. Appalling service. Two experiences, two zeros. The first was for a warranty claim; the wait was horribly long and they showed absolutely no motivation. However, they were incredibly quick to take your money. The second experience was last week for an emissions control fault. This fault indicates that the vehicle will be unable to start in 1000km. The garage's response: well, the best thing to do is not drive many kilometers, and no appointments are available before May 14th, which is more than 15 days away. They didn't even glance at the fault or spend a minute discussing the technical aspects. Avoid this garage. Another Citroën dealership, and I got an appointment in two days. This isn't the Lafayette garage, it's just about to go bankrupt.

The receptionist is completely unprofessional. They don't accept comments on bills. For a fairly large bill, adding 25 euros for a "5-minute" test drive using almost half a tank, to get where? They look down on customers coming from the Vosges because, I quote, "it can't be the same there, that's understandable." Why is that? Thank you for your friendly welcome...
