The salesperson seemed extremely stressed by management regarding payment terms, to the point of putting pressure on the buyers. A clear lack of competence or confidence? Furthermore, I received a vehicle that had been poorly cleaned. These small details, taken together, make for a mediocre user experience, especially when buying a brand new vehicle and paying for it upfront. Something to think about.

I had the ignition key reprogrammed for a cost of 50 euros and it worked only once. I went back and they told me that the key was out of order and that I had to order another one. They told me that they would make a commercial gesture. As a result of the operation, it cost me 90 euros more despite their so-called commercial gesture. I am very disappointed and strongly advise against going through the doors of Cars Service, not at all commercial.......

Our Ford Transit campervan, 170 hp automatic transmission, had 1500 km on the clock and the engine cut out while we were driving. We called the workshop manager, who refused to take us on and told us we'd have to wait two months to get rid of us, then hung up on us. The nearest tow truck was only 5 km from their premises. The tow truck driver took us to Saint-Flour, 80 km away. Thanks a lot, Ford Mende. If you break down, don't count on them.

Sales representative, passing through Mende, I was given a very warm welcome at Ford. Thanks to the sales representative who took the time to explain to me how certain applications worked on my new car. (car purchased in another department)

Dealership to avoid...
Power loss problem. Quote €1,200.
After taking the car to another garage, it was simply a hose problem.
I called the Suzuki garage again, and they were aware of it.
But they don't go into detail. Everything has to be replaced...
In short, avoid.
