We arrived at the garage on a Friday afternoon, shocked, following an accident on the motorway on our way to Portugal. We needed prompt advice as to whether it was safe to continue. The staff immediately gave us a first estimate of the damage which was too serious to continue our route. The staff brought us to a car rental to continue our journey. The following Monday we had a complete estimate of the damage. We accepted the estimate and the staff ordered and received the parts by the Wednesday, and had completed the repairs by the Friday. Clement Lenexe kept us fully informed and showed us efficiency and kindness throughout.

A massive 'thank you' to Benjamin and his wonderful team. Despite them being busy (I'm not surprised) our car was diagnosed and fixed in just a few days.
Service was professional and always friendly - with a smile and an offer of coffee. We were kept informed by 'phone, everything was explained, and the car when collected had even been cleaned for us.
Highly recommended!

Super service! Little problem with my tires and they were very helpful. In 20 min they found the problem, changed 4 tires, refilled the oil and water while we were chillin with a nice coffee. Free of charge!! Thanx so much! Benjamin for president! 🙏🏼

Best customer service I've ever had. The guys at Audi literally "saved my life".
The two super professional and friendly Audi employees Vincent and Dimiti helped me out of a jam on a rainy Saturday afternoon. I had accidentally locked myself out of my Audi because I had left the keys in the boot and closed the boot when the car was locked (yes, this actually still happens). They did everything they could to help me, with Vincent even driving back with me to my car in the centre of Brodeaux. They spent almost their whole afternoon helping me! But they actually managed to open my car and get the keys out! I can't say more than thank you by writing this review.
Audi can be proud to have such great employees!
