After a motorhome trip to the south of France, even though we were coming from the north, we were forced to stop because our brakes were making a lot of noise.
We stopped at this mechanic's. I can tell you that without him, we might not still be on the road! We arrived at his garage on Monday afternoon. He was very responsive and gave us priority, ordered parts, and the next day at 8 a.m. he was waiting for us. Except that we had stopped on a roadside spot next to the garage and our motorhome continued to act up! With the battery dead, we contacted him to tell him we couldn't get to him because the motorhome wouldn't start. So he came to our rescue once again to get it started.
He very kindly lent us his car because with our three children, we were a bit lost without our motorhome.
With no cafe or restaurant in sight, thanks to him, we were able to come and go.
The mechanic took care of us! He was extremely professional! Quality, service and price, frankly nothing to complain about. Another big thank you to him!!!

A mechanic you don't find on every street corner.

We bought a used vehicle with a purchase order that included a 6-month warranty. Upon arrival, after a 350-kilometer trip on December 12, 2020, the vehicle was very dirty. We overlooked this minor detail and completed the purchase.
Barely three weeks later, the driver's side window is completely broken. It will have to be repaired at our expense since the mechanic, who had "in good faith" agreed to pay half the bill, will never pay.
After paying for the registration certificate on the day of the sale, we had to contact the garage about ten times because the registration certificate hadn't been issued within the legal timeframe. We were therefore driving a vehicle without a registration certificate! We had to contact another mechanic to ensure the registration would be processed.
In February 2021, the vehicle's battery died.
Then in April 2021, the vehicle started making engine knocking noises, and the Citroën garage indicated that it was due to the injector seals.
The mechanic was notified and refused to cover the bill, claiming he had made a mistake regarding the warranty, which was only for three months.
Despite our follow-ups and letters sent by our lawyer, this garage is not fulfilling any of its contractual obligations. By using a professional, we hoped to avoid all these kinds of problems, but that was not the case.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend this garage, as in just a few months of use, there have been numerous problems and the professional warranty is nonexistent. I will not do business with them again.
