They don't give the price of an oil change by phone, you have to send an email with a copy of the registration document, or go there, it's complete nonsense, and all this to give a price at the highest of the competitors

A seemingly professional garage...
We bitterly regret having trusted this garage. We had an appointment for a service and technical diagnostic in April, which we were initially satisfied with. We returned in June for further analysis and discovered a few days later that during the service, the coolant level hadn't been checked, there was almost half a liter of extra engine oil, the oil pan hadn't been tightened properly and oil was leaking, we were charged €12.23 for windshield washer fluid during the service but the reservoir was literally empty under the hood, and we were charged for oil that was more expensive than the one used in our car (even though we used the correct one, we hope...). We were also charged for securing the engine cover, which should have been done as standard since the timing belt had been replaced... These are truly illegal and unscrupulous business practices. Deceptive practices that we intend to report to the relevant authorities.
Extreme vigilance is advised if you are planning to visit this garage.

With a dead battery, my husband managed to get our vehicle to this garage. The welcome, professionalism, and responsiveness were all there. The problem was fixed in 30 minutes. For a very reasonable price. Being taken care of immediately on the eve of a weekend is exceptional. Thank you.
