Bad experience. They tried to get me to change the coolant even though it was done this summer when the timing belt was changed. On the 85-check vehicle inspection report, that was the only thing that came up, even though I had asked for the front windshield wiper to be replaced because it's worn out (according to the report, it's in good condition). My shock absorbers need replacing, but they said they were fine. And then, to top it all off, I picked up my car covered in grease... They offered to clean it at 5:30 PM, even though I was leaving for the weekend the next day, so it wasn't really possible to drop it off at that hour. No other suggestions were offered. I won't be going back anytime soon!

First, after booking a simple service appointment online, I received a call three days beforehand to add options I hadn't requested, which doubled the initial quote. I had to decline these offers and only have the necessary work done, given the mileage. Then, on the day of the appointment, the person who took our keys and had us sign the quote told us to come back for our car in an hour. We returned an hour and fifteen minutes later, and our car wasn't ready. We waited, and no one said anything. In total, we waited another hour and fifteen minutes, for a total of two and a half hours, only to be given back a badly parked car (crooked) with the wheels turned! When we went to collect our keys and pay, we asked if everything had gone well, and the answer was yes. However, when we reviewed the report, we noticed some minor issues that would have been helpful to know about when we inquired about the service. At no point did anyone show any concern for us, and we were kept waiting for a long time without even an apology for the delay. We fully understand that some of your colleagues are on sick leave, which creates extra work for those who remain. But the behavior on-site was unacceptable. A little more consideration for the customer wouldn't hurt.

I had an appointment at 6:15 PM for a quick tire repair, left my key in the car, and was told the service would take 30 minutes. I returned after 30 minutes as agreed, only to find the car still had the screw in it, and was told I had to come back another day. There was absolutely no consideration, even though we had explicitly mentioned that we have two young children and had arranged our schedule around the given appointment time. The person I spoke to was clearly more interested in watching the football match than doing their job and didn't even apologize. Completely unprofessional.
