The staff were very friendly and, above all, very competent. After a visit to this garage for an engine warning light issue, they agreed to run a diagnostic check (free of charge) to determine the cause, which allowed me to return from my vacation with greater peace of mind. Many thanks again to this Citroën dealership.

While on vacation in the region, I had a problem with the tailgate lock. I went to the garage without an appointment, and a mechanic came to look at the problem (missing nut) and fixed it in 10 minutes. The owner didn't charge me anything for what he said was so small. I know the garages of the brand with the lion beginning with an S in the Liège region. They would have asked for an appointment and charged me.

Catastrophic!! I dropped my car off for an oil change, a headlight replacement, and a vehicle inspection. They didn't give me a specific day or time to pick it up, and since I work late, I decided to pick it up the next morning. To my great surprise, the garage was closed! On a Friday, their normal opening day. Apparently, they decided to take a long weekend without informing their customers, as they didn't give me any information whatsoever. And to top it all off, my car was in the unlocked parking lot, available for anyone to break into! Their response was, "Otherwise, they'll break the doors." No apology for closing without informing the customer—a level of indifference I've rarely seen in a business. No compensation. Nothing. I lost two days of work because of this whole mess, since without a car, I couldn't get around, but just like everything else, they couldn't have cared less. In the end, I wasn't able to get my car back until the following Wednesday, seven days later, and then they told me they hadn't done the vehicle inspection due to lack of time... I strongly advise against going to this place!! In any case, that's the last time I'll ever go there! And I'll be spreading the word to as many people as possible.
