Super helpful and friendly staff, we tried to speak French a but but they soon discovered we are no good;-). They found an English speaking person shortly. We had a tyre puncture, it was done in under an hour! Great service, helpful and polite staff, glad we went here. Thank you.

A fantastic welcome, a superb team both at reception and in the workshop.
Yesterday, I went around 6:30 pm wanting to make an appointment for the next day because a huge screw had gotten stuck in one of my tires. They took me in right away!
Knowing that the garage closes at 7 pm, many others would have turned me away.
So thank you!

It's a shame we can't give zero stars, as it reflects their incompetence and dishonesty. Wanting to change two tires that have barely done 3,000 km because there's a screw in one of them?! Bravo! The tire wasn't removed from the rim, according to the repairman, and there was no flat tire as you claim in your reply! The only thing you did was not inflate the tire and remove the screw so the tire would deflate faster. Regarding your comment about showing me things, know that I have 28 years of experience in vehicle inspections and therefore don't need any explanations about tire regulations.

I came in today with a flat tire caused by a nail. They told me it was irreparable and impossible to plug (even though, given the location of the nail, it was doable) to get me by until I could get new tires. However, they had no problem giving me a quote for the tire replacement... I'd barely driven 2 km with the problem, and they told me I'd driven a lot, so that's why they couldn't do anything. Strangely enough, my mechanic came out, plugged the tire, and miraculously, it didn't deflate, and I had a temporary solution while waiting for the repairs. This confirms my good faith regarding the few kilometers I'd driven with the problem. Being treated like an idiot and being accused of lying is unacceptable; I absolutely do not recommend this center.
