I left my car for a service on Saturday. When I picked it up, I noticed the fan wasn't working properly; it only blew air to the passenger's feet, regardless of the setting I selected. But I didn't dwell on it because I had other things to do. I went back on Monday to have it fixed, and the response was, "That has nothing to do with our work; it's a known problem with Dacia." They hadn't even bothered to look at the car. Conclusion: I got my car back in worse condition than when I left it. Update 1: After investigating, I realized I simply didn't have a cabin air filter or even the cover. But that surely has nothing to do with their work... Update 2: After having to prove that the missing cabin air filter was indeed due to their work, they gave me one free of charge.

Here's my review. I came in to have my four tires changed, and here's my experience, which cost me a whole morning because of an INCOMPETENT temporary worker. Fortunately, the permanent team of technicians fixed his mess (excuse the expression), and the manager made an unexpected gesture of goodwill. Enjoy the read, if you wish. First of all, the fitting took longer than usual. I arrived to pick up my car and saw employees inspecting one of my wheels… I started to get suspicious. I got the keys after an hour and a half of "work," and then they tried to sell me an injector cleaning… I hate that: "Your car is old, you need to clean the injectors… etc…" I find it outrageous and disgusting to take advantage of customers' lack of mechanical knowledge to try to sell unnecessary services or repairs. For example, the air conditioning was supposedly leaking because the condenser was faulty, even though I had replaced it myself the day before with a new one... (I've had this experience at this center before). Anyway, I checked the wheels (trust doesn't preclude checking, thankfully) and I noticed that the wheel weights were poorly positioned and, more importantly, poorly glued. In fact, this is unacceptable and very dangerous considering the price of the service. So I had one of their employees come and see this shoddy work. Their manager was informed, and the work was immediately redone. I left with the car, and after a few hundred meters, I heard a frightening noise (luckily it was at low speed and in a parking lot), and that's when I realized that one of the weights was missing. I looked for what might have fallen off and found it nearby. I went back to the center. I saw the manager, showed him the damaged area, which embarrassed him, and understood his dismay, as the employee who had worked on the car was a temporary worker hired the day before. And then I waited a good twenty minutes. I had to go and complain, with a few customers as witnesses, arguing that I no longer wanted to drive my car, that I didn't trust them, that it was dangerous and unacceptable, and that I wanted the work done by a permanent employee… That said, it wasn't all bad: I sincerely thank the two employees who came to see me and immediately took the initiative to take care of my car. The manager (who was absent at the time) was informed. This time, the work was done very professionally. They came to see me afterward to apologize and express their regret, which I greatly appreciated. The manager, who had just returned, offered me a goodwill gesture: a refund for the fitting of the four tires. Thank you, I wasn't expecting that. In conclusion: upon returning, the wheels seemed well balanced. I checked, and the weights held as they should; we'll see how they hold up over time. So don't forget to check that the work has been done properly, even if it means bringing someone who knows about cars. Feu Vert's core business, like Norauto and similar chains, is fitting tires and doing oil changes… it must be done perfectly. Mr. Manager, I hope you have contacted the other customers whose vehicles also had their tires changed by this temporary worker, to prevent any incidents from occurring.
