⭐️ Customer review: very bad experience — caution recommended
I'm sharing my experience to prevent other drivers from experiencing the same mishap.
Following an AdBlue failure, my vehicle was taken to this garage by a breakdown service.
The diagnosis was announced: AdBlue injector to be replaced. I was sent a quote, which I found quite expensive. When I simply pointed out the price, the manager called me the next day to tell me that my attitude was "incorrect" and that I shouldn't discuss prices, that he had charges — an inappropriate way of communicating, to say the least.
Under pressure (the vehicle was immobilized at their place, not running), I finally accepted the quote around 9 a.m. To my great surprise, the garage called me back at 11:30 a.m. to say that the car was already ready. This is surprising, considering it normally takes several hours just to receive the part.
I picked up the vehicle; everything seemed to be reset, but the AdBlue light came back on a few kilometers later. The garage called me back and, after another "check," explained that the problem was with the particulate filter, which needed to be replaced for around €1,500 more.
No goodwill gesture, no questioning of the initial diagnosis, and no proof that the injector had been changed correctly.
Unconvinced, I went to another garage. This professional confirmed that the problem was indeed with the AdBlue injector and took the necessary steps. He didn't mention the particulate filter. Since then, there have been no warning lights or malfunctions.
The result: €400 lost for a repair that was clearly botched (or not carried out), and an attempt to charge me an additional €1,500 for a part that needed to be replaced unnecessarily.

Incorrect or fictitious initial diagnosis,
Unpleasant and condescending communication,
No transparency about the repairs actually performed,
Blatant attempt to overcharge.
I strongly advise against this garage. Before validating anything, always ask for a clear diagnosis and request that the old parts be replaced.

Perfect welcome, despite being busy with work, I had an appointment on Saturday morning to diagnose the fault displayed on my 3008. The employee reassured me that I could return home and have it repaired locally.

Refused to take my vehicle in for service. Blames me for not calling and booking an appointment online, at what point am I supposed to know. I have no problem with the garage not being able to take my vehicle, but the way they do things needs to be reviewed: they don't work on a fixed price basis, don't take appointments online, and Sutt doesn't want to take people they don't know. Too bad, one less customer who could have been loyal.

Great garage, major breakdown during our stay on the island.
Car was picked up fairly quickly. Delivery later, car ready.
Everyone is friendly and doesn't try to sell you a dream at excessive prices.
I highly recommend it.
