While traveling my car key battery stopped working. Even though the service center was closed, another staff member named Selim was very helpful and did some troubleshooting with my key. Thank you! (Sorry that I couldn't speak french!)

I did not visit Sausheim (but Huningue). I communicated extensively on email (Sausheim) to buy electric car with multiple options.
I must say I get rapid and supportive responsive all the way specially from the customer support advisor mme Fehlmann, she is very energetic, very supportive and understanding; thinking from the customer point of view and not necessarily to just sell you something. This is not common with every other advisor!!
But gives the hint of a good environment for customers care in this VW dealership and repairs; unfortunately they do not do for Audi though.

I lost engine power and warning lights came on on my golf 1.4 tsi on the autobahn north of Neuburg on the way to Nice. I was distraught and went the next morning to VW Mulhouse for help. I was met by the pleasant M. Valentine who arranged a diagnostique on the spot. I was served coffee and freshly baked criosint. 30 minutes later, the problem was identified, and with the conclusion that I could drive calmly on and change coil #4 in Nice. I was very happy. 🙏 M Valentine did not want any payment for the diagnostique ! At VW Nice there was 4 week waiting period for a new mandatory diagnostique, ( €200 )! Before they eventually wanted to change the coil. 🤕 I consider to drive 1710 km return to VW Mulhouse to get change the coil. VW Mulhouse gave me fantastic service that I haven't experienced anywhere else! 🙏👏👏

While on a road trip, we experienced car trouble. The service department kindly helped us diagnose the issue. While what they recommended did not end up fixing the issue completely, I was impressed with their willingness to help on such short notice! I was also impressed they did not immediately recommend an expensive part replacement, like several dealerships we visited after recommended.
I'm sure with a little more time they could have fully diagnosed the issue, but we were in a hurry. Thank you again!

Had issues with car while on vacation and it needed a checkup, so we called to ask if they do repairs. They told us we could just drop by. They handled our car as soon as other scheduled repairs were done. Great service and didn't charge anything since no repair was needed.
