A big joke today. I called about a flat tire that was under warranty. The very kind man at the reception desk informed me that the tire was under warranty and that I didn't have to pay anything. I then asked if it was possible to come by today to repair the tire. He looked on the computer and saw that the tires had been replaced in Carpentras, at Feu Vert. He asked his manager and the manager told him to say that they didn't have the machine to remove my tire!! Strange, when I came before going to Carpentras to change my tire, there was no problem!!! Shame on the manager! All this just because I went to Carpentras instead of you. A big shame to avoid!!

Excellent service following a flat tire on Saturday at 6 p.m. Many thanks to the workshop manager, Patrice, who was very knowledgeable and helpful and found an alternative solution so I could return home safely despite the last-minute conditions. Thanks also to his two colleagues, who made the wait pleasant with some bonus candy! I appreciated it.
Professional and personable service; I highly recommend it.

Mixed experience at first, fortunately Jeremy was there during my second visit and he was very clear and honest. Honesty and trust are what you expect from staff when you enter this field without any prior knowledge. My first visit with another advisor was much less clear and didn't inspire confidence at all, and I left feeling worried.

It's a shame there isn't a zero-star option, otherwise that's what I would have given.
A certain Marc gave me a quote today for replacing one of my front headlights. This man gave me a higher quote because, and I quote, "it's a complex replacement since you haven't been able to do it yourself," knowing that I have no skills whatsoever.
So, since I couldn't manage to replace the headlight myself (being completely unfamiliar with cars), this man quoted me 35 euros. And he refused to give me a lower price (for a standard replacement).
Meanwhile, at Nauroto, the quote is 15 euros. Going to Nauroto is cheaper, they're pleasant, and above all, they don't inflate the quotes without even seeing the car! It's a disgrace.

I had my four tires changed in July 2025! Pirellis, over €600 bill.
I went back in September because on the highway, above 120 km/h, the car was shaking violently!
They told me it was a wheel alignment issue… before even looking at my car when I arrived… the car wasn't pulling to the left or right! And most importantly, it had never had ANY problems before they worked on it! Not even with lower-quality tires.
The mechanic who brought my car back after they worked on it told me it was a balancing problem. I drove on the highway again a few weeks later, and the problem was still there… this time at 130 km/h.
I absolutely do not recommend this garage!!!
I'm going to have to pay another mechanic after spending over €600!
Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs… especially if you're a woman!!!!
